Sany Heavy Industry won the Coal Science and Technology Award, and the intelligent system helped the construction of green mines

Recently, at the 2024 Coal Industry Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Summary and New Technology Exchange Conference held in Xiamen, Fujian Province, Sany Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sany Heavy Industry, won the first prize of science and technology for its outstanding contribution to the project of "Key Technology and Application of Large-scale Filling of Coal Gangue Slurry in Goaf of Northern Shaanxi Coal Mine".

With the large-scale development of coal resources in recent years, the environmental problems caused by coal gangue discharge have become increasingly severe, including land subsidence, declining groundwater level, increasing land desertification, and soil pollution. These problems not only affect the ecological environment, but also become a bottleneck restricting the green development of enterprises. In the face of this challenge, Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., relying on the strong scientific research strength of its key laboratory, combined with various forces to form a technical research team, innovatively proposed an intelligent gangue filling system, which is the first successful slurry filling case in China.

Through the application of intelligent filling equipment, Shaanxi Xiaobaodang Mining has built the largest and strongest intelligent gangue filling system in China. The system has an annual processing capacity of 2 million tons of gangue, and a single pump realizes nearly 8 kilometers of long-distance slurry filling, making it the park with the largest single-site gangue processing volume in the filling industry, and the technical level has reached the international advanced standard. In order to solve the problem of coal gangue ground stacking, Sany independently developed a special twin-shaft mixing host for filling and the largest 400 type in ChinaFilling pumpsThese equipment have significantly improved the efficiency of gangue treatment and supported the green and sustainable development of the mining area.
