In 2024, the world's first lighthouse factory certification in the wind power industry will be settled in Sany Renewable Energy Blade Factory in Shaoshan, China, realizing a breakthrough in the lighthouse factory in the wind power industry from 0 to 1, marking a new era of intelligent manufacturing of wind power blades in China. At present, the factory has innovated in terms of workers, equipment, raw materials, technology, environmental protection, etc., and the work efficiency has been increased by 20% compared with traditional factories, and the average construction period of a single 100-meter blade has been shortened from more than 40 hours to about 30 hours.
