On January 18, 2025, Liu Jianchao, Director of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Wang Lutong, Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia, visited Sany Indonesia Industrial Park. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on Sany Group's overseas development, Sany Indonesia's layout and future planning.

Tang Xiuguo, rotating chairman and president of Sany Group, warmly welcomed the delegation to guide the work. Tang Xiuguo said that the Sany 1 factory was built in Indonesia - made in Indonesia and created in Changsha, which happens to be a microcosm of the transformation from "Made in China" to "Created in China".
During the investigation, Liu Jianchao and his entourage visited the excavator factory and the mine truck factory. Liu Jianchao spoke highly of the advanced technology, efficient production process and innovative management mode of Sany Intelligent Manufacturing, and encouraged Sany Group to carry forward the spirit of national enterprise, take root in Indonesia, deepen exchanges and cooperation between China and Indonesia, and make greater contributions to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Indonesia and the realization of the vision of "2045 Golden Indonesia" with the Indonesian government.

Under the guidance of the strategy of "globalization, digital intelligence, and low-carbonization", Sany Group has adhered to the path of high-quality development in recent years: in 2024, the number of countries with the largest overseas market share of various products of Sany Group will exceed 120, and the contribution of overseas profits will exceed that of the Group by 50%, and its international competitiveness will be significantly improved. Under the guidance of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Sany Group continues to increase investment in countries along the route, actively integrates into local development, and becomes an important force in promoting regional economic cooperation.
As the largest local construction machinery brand, Sany Indonesia has accumulated rich local business experience after more than ten years of deep cultivation, with a cumulative revenue of more than 30 billion yuan, more than 32,000 equipment units, and a market share of nearly 30% in 2024. Sany Indonesia excavator factory will also become Sany Group's first overseas "smart factory".

While pursuing business success, Sany Indonesia actively fulfills its social responsibilities and creates nearly 2,000 jobs for the local area, with local employees accounting for more than 90%; Jointly run the school with Karawang University in Indonesia and establish the group's first "Overseas Trinity Class" to inject vitality into Indonesia's talent development and economic construction; Through activities such as "Factory Culture Open Day" and "Indonesian Customer/Employee Tour to China", we will tell Chinese stories well, convey Chinese voices, and actively promote the integration of Chinese and Indonesian cultures.
