Recently, the 2024 annual business work conference of Sany Group's overseas direct sales division was held in Sanya, where colleagues from all over the world gathered together to review the past and look forward to the future.

Comprehensively review and seek common development

On January 19th, the annual summary report of the direct sales division of Sany Group was officially launched, and Li Qin, vice president of Sany Group and chairman of the overseas direct sales division, focused on the three-year planning and ten-year vision of the overseas direct sales division to the participants, analyzed the gaps around the three major sectors of construction, mining and transportation energy, summarized the strategic opportunities and core strategies, and released a new organizational structure.
Gao Yang, deputy general manager of the key account marketing company of the overseas direct sales division, delivered a wonderful speech, comprehensively reviewed the remarkable achievements and valuable experience of the group in the field of direct business in the past year, shared the remarkable achievements including market expansion, performance growth, team building, etc., and put forward new layout strategies for the follow-up work.
Subsequently, the work report on risk control creditor's rights and the work report of the directly operated subsidiary/project department were carried out one after another. The heads of the subsidiaries and project departments showed the work highlights, challenges and future plans in their respective fields, demonstrating the strong momentum of the group's globalization and diversification.
In the afternoon, product promotion and experience sharing became another highlight of the event. The promotion of heavy equipment products, the sharing of combat experience of major customers in Brazil, the sharing of experience in leasing business in South Africa, and the sharing of microgrid business not only exchanged the latest technology and products, but also had fierce discussions in the market, which made the participants feel full of dry goods.
At the meeting, the signing ceremony of the 2025 target of Sany Overseas Direct Business Division was held. The leaders of the leading group of the construction, mining, transportation and energy industries of the direct sales division, as well as the general managers of the subsidiaries/project departments led by them, solemnly signed the "military order" of the annual performance target.
