With the promulgation of the "Guiding Opinions on Strengthening the Protection and Utilization of Mine Water", the state has put forward higher requirements for cleaner production in the coal industry. Traditional emulsion stents have long faced three major problems: high environmental protection risk (emulsion pollutes water and soil resources), high operation and maintenance costs (frequent replacement of parts corrosion), and strong manpower dependence (special personnel need to be responsible). According to statistics, traditional equipment requires 2-3 people to operate per shift, the annual maintenance cost exceeds 2 million yuan, and the cost of emulsion hazardous waste treatment accounts for 5%-8% of the total operating cost of the mine.



Since September 2024, Chengshan Mine has introduced the first coal mine pure water supply system in Northeast China, which has obvious advantages in reducing equipment corrosion and wear, ensuring stable and uniform liquid supply, adapting to different operating environments, and accurately controlling liquid supply. At present, it has been running stably for half a year, and has achieved remarkable results in terms of cost and manpower. Compared to traditional emulsion holders, pure waterHydraulic supportIt not only greatly reduces operating costs, but also improves work efficiency.


Significant cost savings:Traditional emulsion stents cost around $106,000 to $200,000 per month. After the introduction of pure water hydraulic support, the monthly cost was reduced to 2,000 yuan to 3,000 yuan, saving 80%-90% of the cost.

Reduced manpower requirements:Originally, using a traditional bracket required 2-3 people to maintain and operate. Now with pure water hydraulic support, only 1-2 people are needed to complete the work, reducing the burden of human resources.

Material & Performance Benefits:Conventional stents use rubber seals, which can be non-pressure resistant and have poor filtration accuracy. The pure water hydraulic support adopts high-strength sealing materials, which have good hydrolysis resistance, good lubrication and higher filtration accuracy.


The pure water medium hydraulic system includes three parts: pure water preparation device, pure water high-pressure pump, and pure water support system. When the system is working, the mine water and drained water are used as the inlet water, and through the ultrafiltration system of the pure water preparation device, it enters the primary and secondary reverse osmosis, and finally enters the EDI (electrodeionization system) to produce pure water. The technology has passed the coal safety certification, has applied for 35 patents, including 16 invention patents, and won the second prize of science and technology progress of China Coal Industry Association. It has been applied in a number of coal mine projects in China, which perfectly interprets green mining.


Since the world's first set of pure water brackets was put into operation in Shendong Jinjie Coal Mine in 2018, the technology has mined more than 30 million tons of coal in enterprises such as China Energy Group and Longmei Group, reducing emulsion consumption by 120,000 tons, which is equivalent to protecting 40 square kilometers of groundwater. In 2023, the application case of Guizhou Anbao Group was selected into the "National Green Mine Construction Demonstration Project List", which verified its dual value of ecological and economic benefits.
