On March 17, Bloomberg Global New Energy Finance released part of the data of "Global Wind Turbine Market Share in 2024". According to its report, global wind power developers added 121.6GW of wind power capacity last year, double the level of 2019. Among them, the new installed capacity of onshore wind power was 109.9GW (accounting for 90%), and the new installed capacity of offshore wind power was 11.7GW.

According to Bloomberg data, Goldwind and Envision Energy continued to rank last year, occupying the first and second positions respectively, with Yunda and Mingyang Intelligent surpassing Vestas to rank third and fourth, and Vestas ranked fifth. The market share of the TOP5 was about 56.5%, a slight increase from last year. In 2024, the top four wind turbines in the world are all Chinese enterprises, and there are 6 Chinese companies in the TOP10, Sany Renewable Energy ranks sixth, with a market share of about 7.73%, and Dongfang Electric ranks seventh, with a market share of about 6.91%.

In terms of offshore installations, the newly installed capacity of offshore wind power will increase to 11.7GW in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 6%. The newly installed capacity of offshore wind power in Chinese mainland reached 6.1GW. Siemens Gamesa ranked first with 4GW of offshore wind installations; Mingyang Intelligent ranked second with an offshore installed capacity of about 1.8GW, and Vestas had an offshore installed capacity of about 1.4GW.
