Recently, Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone held the 2025 Party Building Work Promotion Conference in Emerging Fields and the Spring Training of Grassroots Party Organization Secretaries, and notified the results of the 2024 Party Organization Party Building Work Assessment of Enterprises Directly under the District. The Party Committee of Sany Group was rated as "Excellent" and won the title of "Excellent Party Organization".

Founded in 2002, the Party Committee of Sany Group is the first party committee of a private enterprise in Hunan Province, with 15 second-level party committees and 131 party branches under its jurisdiction, with a total of nearly 6,000 party members. In recent years, Sany Group has always kept in mind General Secretary Xi Jinping's earnest entrustment of "building a national important advanced manufacturing highland", resolutely listened to the party, followed the party, practiced the concept of high-quality development, accelerated the development of new quality productivity, integrated the leading role of party building into the high-quality development strategy of the enterprise, and achieved the performance of "double over 10 billion" in profit and cash flow in 2024.

Excellent "secretary project", continue to polish the brand of non-public party building

At the meeting, the Party Committee of Sany Group made a special report on the innovative achievements of the 2024 Party Organization Secretary Project - the "Love the Party and Patriotism +" training project. With its innovation, effectiveness and demonstration, the project was successfully selected into the "Compilation of Outstanding Secretaries of Enterprise Party Organizations in Changsha Economic Development Zone in 2024", and became a demonstration model for the party building work of non-public enterprises in the region.

"Loving the party and the country, honesty and law-abiding" is always the first principle of Sany management. Sany Group integrates the party's history, party spirit and party discipline into the enterprise training course, builds a "love the party and patriotism +" curriculum system, focuses on the three groups of "entry training, promotion training, and overseas training", and the curriculum system is oriented to "3+N" groups, conducts multi-level training and education, and continues to polish the non-public party building brand of Sany Group.

In 2024, the project will cover all levels of training such as the group's second-level post promotion training and fresh graduate new star camp training, with a total of more than 1,000 people in more than 40 departments. During this period, a number of advanced collectives and individuals emerged, who played an exemplary and leading role in their respective positions and injected a strong impetus into the development of the enterprise.

Strengthen the leadership of party building and further play the role of "double promotion".

Since the beginning of this year, in order to solidly promote and give full play to the leading and empowering role of enterprise party building, the Party Committee of Sany Group has issued the "Guiding Opinions on Further Playing the Role of Enterprise Party Organizations" with reference to the 14 guiding opinions of the two new working committees of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee on further giving play to the role of party organizations in non-public enterprises, including ideological construction, organizational construction, team building, and selection of typical trees, so as to further play the dual role of party building and operation.

Under the guidance of the "Opinions", at present, the Party Committee of Sany Group has promoted 14 units to allocate full-time Party committee personnel, 131 branches to be equipped with part-time Party affairs personnel, and 11 Party committees to set up Party committee offices, which are concurrently served by the CEO's office. In addition, key projects such as smart party building are being promoted in an orderly manner.

On the basis of ensuring the normal development of the basic work of each unit, the full-time personnel will be arranged to participate in the professional ability certification examination, participate in the project work and benchmarking of the group's party-mass system, promote the cultivation of system talents, and promote the integration of the group's party-mass work and business work.
