Recently, in order to implement the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Letter on Doing a Good Job in the 2025 Intelligent Gradient Cultivation" and accelerate the high-end and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry, many provinces and cities across the country have successively announced the list of advanced smart factories in 2025, and Sany 17+ factories have been selected, once again demonstrating its benchmarking strength in promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry.

Among them, the whole life cycle of pumping engineering equipment data-driven intelligent factory, concrete machinery intelligent factory,Truck cranes11 smart factories, including smart factory, 5GW solar cell smart factory, super smart factory for wind power equipment, smart factory for Sany special vehicles, smart factory for prefabricated building parts and equipment, smart factory for full-process digital concrete mixing equipment, smart factory for Sany Renewable Energy Chenzhou wind power equipment manufacturing, smart factory for the production of metal structural parts for construction machinery, road rollers and graders, were selected as advanced smart factories in Hunan Province in 2025;

Sany Heavy Machinery's excavator digital intelligence factory driven by the whole process based on digital twin technology was selected as an advanced smart factory in Jiangsu Province in 2025;

Sany Xi'an Super Smart Factory was selected as an advanced smart factory in Shaanxi Province in 2025;

Zhejiang Sany Equipment Crawler Crane Intelligent Factory was selected as an advanced intelligent factory in Zhejiang Province in 2025;

Tongyu County Sany Wind Power Host and Blade Smart Factory (Zero Carbon Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project) was selected into the list of smart factories in Jilin Province in 2025;

Sany Renewable Energy Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sany Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. were selected as advanced smart factories in Beijing in 2025;

In 2024The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the National Data Bureau launched the gradient cultivation action of smart factories, and built a gradient cultivation system for smart factories according to four levels: basic, advanced, excellent and pilot.

According to the requirements, manufacturing enterprises carry out self-construction and self-evaluation of basic-level smart factories, provincial-level departments in charge of industry and information technology and relevant departments are responsible for the cultivation of advanced smart factories, and six departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology are responsible for the cultivation of excellent and pilot-level smart factories.

Previously, Sany has successfully selected three smart factories as the first batch of excellent smart factories by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, including the intelligent factory of piling machinery based on machine decision-making, the intelligent factory of mining equipment with data interconnection and collaboration, and the data-driven intelligent factory of the whole life cycle of pumping engineering equipment, which has set a national leading demonstration benchmark for industrial transformation and upgrading.

This time, Sany 17+ factory was selected as an advanced smart factory, once again demonstrating its benchmark strength in promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry. As a pathfinder in the industry, Sany Group regards digital and intelligent transformation as a strategic change of "turning over or capsizing".
