On June 7, 2025, the launching ceremony of the 15th Sany Heavy Equipment Value Service Global Tour was held in Shenyang Industrial Park.

Mr. Sun Hao, General Manager of Sany Heavy Equipment Marketing Company, first delivered a speech for the event, he reviewed the 15-year journey of value service and emphasized: "'Quality changes the world' has always been the core concept of Sany Heavy Equipment, and customer needs are the starting point of all our actions. "Over the past 15 years, Sany has been continuously dispatching services and R&D teams to the front line, just to understand the most real needs of customers, provide customers with customized services, and organize targeted training. Looking back at 2024, the completion rate of physical examination for customer equipment has reached 101.6%, and 100% of the health examination reports have been output; organized 222 training sessions, with 5,156 trainees; Organized 5 sessions of gold medal operator training, and trained 121 excellent service personnel for customers. 266 customer suggestions were received, and 196 were adopted, with an acceptance rate of 73.7%. 33 pennants were donated by customers, and the satisfaction rate of the event remained 100% for many years. This group of data has become a vivid footnote for Sany to practice the concept of "service first".

At the launching ceremony, Yang Jingyu, Deputy Director of Sany Heavy Equipment Service Support Department, officially announced the two core service actions of this year: full capacity reform + full maintenance service, empowering global customers with systematic solutions. He emphasized: "This event is not only a service upgrade, but also a 'equipment life cycle value management' system for customers. We will create excess benefits for customers through multiple guarantees such as digital empowerment (equipment health), talent empowerment (gold medal operation), cost optimization (inclusive accessories), etc.! ”

A total of 14 domestic war zones and 1 international war zone were set up in this global event, 36,115 sets of equipment were planned to be inspected, 100% of the health examination reports were output, 100 customer centralized training sessions were carried out, 100 gold medal operators were trained, and the customer satisfaction rate was 100%, and Mr. Yang Jingyu, deputy director of the service support department, awarded flags to the 15 war zones one by one.

Subsequently, Mr. Wang Yeming, deputy general manager of the accessories company, issued a mobilization order for the Sany service soldiers, and asked all the soldiers to keep in mind: we Sany people always adhere to the concept of "all for customers, all from innovation", and vow to upgrade the service from "passive response" to "active value creation".
