The specifications of energy storage cabinets are diverse, and the adaptability of lifting equipment is extremely high. This energy storage reach stacker is specially designed for energy storage cabinets, which can perfectly realize the lifting operation of ISO20/40 foot energy storage cabinets.

In terms of stacking space utilization, the stacking layer of 6-storey high boxes can greatly increase the storage capacity of energy storage cabinets in a limited site. Secondly, the lifting capacity reaches 50t, which can ensure the efficient transfer and installation of energy storage cabinets, so that the movement of energy storage cabinets is "as stable as Mount Tai".

At the same time, the high-pressure hydraulic system is configured to reduce the pressure loss by 50%, further reducing the energy consumption of the operation.

During the descent process, the potential energy of the load of the boom, spreader and energy storage cabinet can be efficiently recovered, with a comprehensive recovery efficiency of more than 65%, which is equivalent to 1 kWh of electricity consumed for every lift and 0.4 kWh of electricity when descending.

This energy storage reach stacker has an energy consumption of only 1.8KWh/box and is equipped with a 512-degree battery swap box, which supports two modes of charging and battery swapping, and can achieve a long battery life of more than 7 hours. This means that it can operate continuously for long periods of time, reducing downtime due to charging.
