The national standard GB/T 45972-2025 "Technical Requirements for the Production of Complete Sets of Equipment for the Production of Concrete Plates for Prefabricated Buildings" prepared by Sany Construction was officially approved and released by the National Standardization Administration on August 1, 2025, and will be implemented on February 1, 2026.



On August 1, 2025, the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration) approved 416 recommended national standards and 3 recommended national standard amendments (No. 19 of 2025), including the "General Requirements for Packaging, Marking and Quality Certificates of Steel Plates and Strips", including GB/T 45972-2025 "Technical Requirements for the Production of Complete Sets of Equipment for Concrete Plates for Prefabricated Buildings" managed by the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Building Materials and Equipment (SAC/TC465) National standards, which will be implemented from February 1, 2026.

GB/T 45972-2025 "Technical requirements for complete sets of equipment for the production of concrete slabs for prefabricated buildings" The national standard stipulates the classification and composition, technical requirements, safety and environmental protection, installation, commissioning and trial production and delivery documents of complete sets of equipment for the production of concrete slabs for prefabricated buildings, and describes the performance tests. It is suitable for the design, manufacture and acceptance of prefabricated concrete wall panels and precast concrete floor slabs for the production of complete sets of equipment, and other prefabricated building concrete slabs are used as reference.

The implementation of this national standard will play a positive role in further standardizing the industry market, improving product quality, and promoting the development of our country's building materials and equipment field. It is hoped that the standard users will update and publicize the relevant standards in a timely manner, and actively prepare the process and tooling according to the requirements of the new standard, so that the new standard can be fully implemented after February 1, 2026; At the same time, our standard committee will hold a standard publicity and implementation meeting at an appropriate time, and hope that the standard drafting working group units will make preparations for publicity and implementation.
