In the middle of summer, the heat wave surges into a prologue to the struggle. In the past few days, Sany Group's 2025 fresh graduate training has kicked off.

More than 700 outstanding graduates of colleges and universities at home and abroad with dreams came across the mountains and seas, and officially started the first lesson of integration into Sany with a vigorous and youthful attitude.

On June 26, Sany Commercial Vehicle's 2025 Daystar Program officially opened. The 180-day systematic training helps students change their roles in the workplace and accelerate their integration into the team through workshop practice, cultural edification and on-the-job internship.

On July 14, Sany Group's 2025 Fresh Graduate Rising Star Camp set sail. Rising stars from 13 units such as HAECO, heavy trucks, and heavy equipment gathered in Changsha to grow in the dual-track nourishment of knowledge empowerment and diversified activities.

On July 14, the training for new college students in 2025 of Sany Heavy Machinery was launched in Kunshan; On the 25th, the welcome party and growth training camp relay began. Newcomers recharge their energy in centralized training and ability polishing, and go to a new chapter in the workplace.

On July 25, the opening ceremony of the 2025 fresh air program enterprise integration training camp was held in Changsha. A large number of young faces are ready to set off with a sassy attitude and embark on a new journey in the field of wind power with their heads held high.

During the physical training, they went through the tempering of rain and the melting of the scorching sun, and with the most high morale and the most upright backbone, they converged into a torrent under the clear clear sky, showing the new power of Trinity.

In the team expansion, they broke through barriers in collaborative challenges, forged tacit understanding in fun sports, and used their clenched hands and side-by-side figures to make the joint force of youth more and more hot in sweat.
