In Yanji in midsummer, the sun was scorching, and the outdoor temperature soared to 35°C, while the temperature in the excavator cab at the coal loading site exceeded 50°C. In such a scorching heat, Lang Yepeng, a service engineer of Sany Heilongjiang Sansheng, carried out emergency maintenance for the equipment of a railway group in Jilin Province, interpreting the true meaning of "serving thousands of miles" with professionalism and efficiency.

In July 2025, the company submitted a monthly maintenance plan: 11 excavators and 6 Sany unitsLoader, 5 friend loaders need to be fully overhauled. Coinciding with the launch of Sany Heavy Machinery's "Service Journey" activity, the service team responded as soon as possible, combined with the coal loading conditions of the customer's equipment, and conducted a detailed investigation of all equipment. During the inspection, it was found that many equipment had the problem of blocking the air conditioning evaporation box due to long-term operation in a dusty environment - which undoubtedly brought great trouble to drivers who worked continuously 24 hours a day in a high temperature environment.

"The equipment must be operated in the best condition, and the masters must be allowed to work in a comfortable environment." With this belief, the service team quickly developed a repair plan. Dismantling, cleaning, replacing parts, debugging and running...... At the maintenance site of more than 40 degrees, the engineers sweated but did not stop, and finally completed the maintenance of 17 Sany equipment (including excavators and loaders) and 5 friend loaders within 4 days, which not only solved the air conditioning failure, but also carried out comprehensive maintenance of the core components of the equipment to ensure that each equipment could operate stably under the test of high temperature. When the cool breeze in the cab blows again, the drivers give a thumbs up, which is the most vivid recognition of this service.
