Sany Group's intelligent manufacturing technology exchange and sharing meeting was successfully held

On August 28, the "Sany Group Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange and Sharing Meeting" hosted by Sany Group Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters and undertaken by Ningxiang Company of the Revitalization Division was successfully held in Ningxiang.

Tang Xiuguo, chairman and president of Sany Group, attended and delivered a speech. More than 80 people attended the meeting, including intelligent manufacturing leaders, technical experts and backbones from the group's intelligent manufacturing headquarters, quality upgrade office and 10 major business units.

He pointed out that more than ten years ago, the crane team insisted on focusing on the overall situation of the company under the conditions of lack of resources and small workshops, and even stopped production to support the pumping business, showing a high sense of responsibility and dedication. Now Sany Heavy Machinery has successfully developed the world's largest 4,500-ton crawler crane, setting a historical achievement and achieving a leap from "following" to "leading".

Tang Xiuguo pointed out that from the humiliation of importing machine tools, to the compromise of intelligent manufacturing 2025, to the State Council's release of the "artificial intelligence +" action plan, it marks the rise of China.

Facing the future, Tang Xiuguo called on all employees to discover their mission when they are in their prime, deeply study the national strategy, deeply integrate "artificial intelligence +" with actual business, and promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing. He encouraged the team to set a new benchmark, achieve comprehensive empowerment in the fields of innovation, industry, governance, etc., show the world the hard core strength of Chinese equipment with practical actions, and welcome the era of "getting stronger" belonging to Sany.

During the meeting, Tang Xiuguo led all departments to study the "Opinions of the State Council on the In-depth Implementation of the "Artificial Intelligence +" Action" document and deployed a follow-up action plan to ensure that the national strategy took root in Sany.

The Zhiqi Ningxiang team systematically shared the planning and construction experience of the manufacturing platform, and demonstrated its core achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing through a number of on-site activities. The activities include detailed explanation and practical demonstration of AI welding technology, analysis of the highlights of structural parts machining automation technology, application sharing of intelligent installation and adjustment technology, as well as welding technology and commissioning of super-large tonnage structural parts, and on-site visits to the international factory of medium-tonnage cranes, comprehensively demonstrating the collaborative technical achievements of the four major businesses of intelligent manufacturing: "process technology, industrial engineering, three, four, 6S, and organizational efficiency".

The technical highlights and field experience shared by the Ningxiang team provided a practical demonstration of intelligent manufacturing for the group. In the future, Sany Group's intelligent manufacturing headquarters will work with various business units to build a future intelligent manufacturing ecology of "online large models, offline robots, twin metaverses, and collaborative blockchains".
