Recently, Sany Heavy Industry held the world's first batch of SDC125 double-wheel milling delivery ceremony at the Dubai Metro Blue Line project site. Tan Bo, chairman of Sany Middle East and North Africa, witnessed this important moment together with representatives of the project contractor. The SDC120 model, which has previously performed well in other projects in Dubai, is the newly upgraded SDC125Twin wheel milling machineThe delivery of the company has laid a solid foundation. The two SDC125 double-wheel grooving machines delivered this time will be immediately put into the construction of the subway station, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient promotion of the project.

By the end of 2025, more than 100 Sany equipment will serve the Dubai Metro Blue Line project, accounting for 35% of the total project equipment, demonstrating Sany's equipment strength and brand influence in the global high-end infrastructure market.

The two SDC125 double wheel mills delivered this time will be involved in the construction of underground diaphragm walls at two metro stations, respectively:

Equipment one

Devoted to the International City Interchange Station (BB06), responsible for the construction task of groove width of 0.8 meters and depth of 35.2 meters, facing the challenge of the maximum hardness of the rock formation of 47MPa.

Equipment two

A second two-wheel groove mill operates at AL WARQA station (BR08) and has a groove size of 1.5 meters wide and 38 meters deep, coping with a rock hardness of about 30 MPa.

At the construction site of the two stations, Sany double-wheel grooving milling machine is working side by side with international first-line brands such as Liebherr and Bao'e, demonstrating its strength in the rigorous engineering test with excellent performance and reliability.
