On the morning of November 15, 2021, Xiong Bing, Assistant General Manager of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Director of North China Branch, visited Sany.Trinity ConstructionGeneral Manager Ma Rongquan led the team to receive the discussion, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on practical cooperation.
Ma Rongquan expressed his sincere welcome to Xiong Bing and his entourage, and introduced in detail that from the "Top Three Global Construction Machinery" to the industrialization of construction, the mission of Sany Construction Engineering is to "industrialize construction", that is, "treat construction as a product and construction as manufacturing"; Focusing on the main structure of concrete buildings, Sany Construction has developed the "Sany Prefabricated Building System" SPCS: the structural system of "cavity lap plus post-casting, shaping mold pouring nodes" is adopted, and the main structure of the industrialized building is launched with "full prefabrication of walls, columns, beams and slabs, and full assembly of the ground and underground", creating "5231" hard technology and forming a comprehensive advantage of "better, faster and cheaper"; Sany Construction is positioned as "SPCS inside" to empower the building ecology of the Fifth Ring Road.
Ma Rongquan said that Sany and China Construction Second Bureau have a good foundation for cooperation, and this year they have concluded a strategic cooperative relationship. It is hoped that the two sides will find the right point of convergence in the fields of engineering construction, construction industrialization, and equipment manufacturing, carry out pragmatic cooperation, and help both sides develop with high quality.
Xiong Bing briefly introduced the basic situation of China Construction Second Bureau. He said that as a leading enterprise in the equipment manufacturing industry, China Construction Second Bureau has always paid close attention to the rapid construction and development of Sany Group, especially the development layout in North China. China Construction Second Bureau hopes to participate in the construction of Sany Global Science and Technology Innovation Center and Sany Nankou Industrial Park project, and help Sany develop to a new level. At the same time, China Construction Second Bureau will conform to the development trend of new building industrialization, and continue to promote the rapid development of construction industrialization with the substantive cooperation results of both sides as the carrier.
During the meeting, Ma Rongquan accompanied Xiong Bing and his entourage to visit the SPCS model room of the construction project. Ma Rongquan introduced the SPCS3.0 structural technology in detail, and adopted the method of "cavity lap plus post-casting, shaping mold pouring node" to solve the pain points of the industry, and make up for the shortcomings of the current traditional prefabricated system in the fields of main structure and underground engineering waterproofing. The technology system has been successfully applied in the core R&D base of the National Synthetic Biotechnology Innovation Center, Juyuan Community in Jiading New Town, Shanghai, and has achieved good application results in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hunan, Hebei, Henan, Shandong and other regions.
