Technical features:
Compact structure and reasonable layout
Combined with many years of experience in the research and development of roadheaders, on the basis of our company's EBZ260H roadheaders, a new structural form of windlass is developed, the anchor mechanism is arranged on both sides of the walking part, and the advanced anchoring operation can be realized through the two-stage telescopic sliding platform, and the temporary support is arranged above the cutting part, which is convenient for the support to be unfolded and retracted, and the whole machine has a compact structure and reasonable layout.
High-strength, flexible bolting mechanism
• The swinging telescopic arm adopts spline structure, multiple guide keys to limit the direction, high motion accuracy, telescopic stroke of 0.7 meters, left and right swing ± 35°, upward swing 45°, downward swing 30°.
• The left and right rotation range of the bolter covers -30°~+100°, which can realize the anchoring of top anchors, auxiliary anchors and corner bolts, and configure a platform for manual auxiliary operations.
New hydraulic power station, oil tank, operator station
• The overall design of the fuel tank and the pumping station is on the rear support, which adopts the upper and lower structure design, which occupies a small space, and the fuel tank is arranged above the oil pump motor, which can effectively reduce the probability of air absorption.
• The operating table is designed on the body, which is convenient for observation, and the bolter is equipped with a standing platform for easy operation.
• The electric control box is moved back, and the two-stage slideway space is reserved on the left and right sides of the body, and the direction of the hydraulic and electrical pipelines is rearranged.
Full-section bolting operation
• The bolting mechanism is flexible and can realize full-section bolting operation.
• The minimum horizontal anchor is 0.4 meters, and the anchor machine also reserves a rotation angle, which can complete the foot anchor according to the angle requirements of the coal mine anchor 15°.
