Since the beginning of this year, with the continuous deepening of tight gas exploration and development in the country, the pace of production has been accelerating. In order to achieve the goal of high-efficiency and low-cost development of tight gas, PetroChina Chuanqing Downhole Company closely combined with the tight gas development idea of "one sand and one policy, one well and one policy, and one section and one policy", and carried out overall management from the aspects of production organization, technical support, and material supply, which effectively improved the operation timeliness and continuously emerged high-yield wells. At the gas fracturing construction site in Sichuan and Chongqing, the complete sets of fracturing equipment, coiled tubing, instrument vehicles and other equipment independently developed by Sany Petroleum comprehensively help the tight gas fracturing production in Sichuan and Chongqing with a charging attitude, effectively ensuring the stability and safety of fracturing construction.

On December 3, the Jinqian 822-8-H1 well, which was responsible for reservoir transformation by the downhole operation company, was tested and obtained a high-yield industrial gas flow of 701,800 cubic meters/day and an unobstructed flow rate of 1,311,500 cubic meters/day, setting a new high for the horizontal well test in the Jinqian 8 well area.

On November 20, the Jinqian 506-8-H1 well, which was organized by the YS63149 team of the underground company, completed the fracturing reconstruction construction of 12 sections of a single well and a single unit, and set a new record for the tight gas fracturing construction in Sichuan and Chongqing this year with 3.58 sections per day.

In view of the characteristics of "short, flat and fast" tight gas operation, Chuanqing Downhole Company has arranged 5 fracturing teams based on the "6311" operation mode to fully guarantee the transformation of tight gas reservoirs.

Among them, 3 teams are stationed in tight gas blocks, and 2 teams are temporarily deployed according to the gap between shale gas operations, and are equipped with relevant personnel and equipment in accordance with the requirements of one well fracturing and one well preparation.

We will make every effort to ensure at least 2 fracturing stages per day and complete the efficient operation of fracturing equipment transfer in 3 days. Up to now, the company has completed 52 wells and 319 levels of tight gas fracturing construction in Jinqiu, Jianyang and other blocks, and has set a record of 737 tons of the highest fracturing sand addition volume in a single section.

The reuse of flowback fluid is not uncommon in shale gas fracturing construction, but it is a new exploration in tight gas blocks.

As the first tight gas platform to reuse flowback fluid, Chuanqing Downhole Company has organized a set of efficient flowback fluid storage, transportation and organization system by organizing fracturing fluid tanks to the well in advance to reserve space for flowback fluid transfer. At present, after repeated tests and practice in multiple wells, the best scheme has been explored to meet the high viscosity of the flowback liquid and have an ideal proportion of mixing with clean water, and the effect of using all clean water has been achieved.

In addition, the company innovatively proposed the "small trick" of fracturing resistance reducer packaging barrel residual liquid recovery, aiming at the problem of difficult disposal of residues in the packaging barrel and high cost after the fracturing resistance reducer is used on site, and has developed a set of labor-saving, fast, collection and filtration integrated packaging barrel residual liquid recovery device, which realizes the reuse of waste liquid.

According to statistics, since the device was developed and put into use in May, nearly 50 barrels of resistance reducer have been recovered, and through the recycling and reuse of residual liquid, nearly 1.5 million yuan of raw material costs have been saved.

In the next step, Chuanqing Underground Company will continue to improve the production organization, strengthen the guarantee of various auxiliary facilities, materials and materials, accelerate the exploration and development of tight gas, and contribute to the "14th Five-Year Plan" to comprehensively promote the scale efficiency of tight gas in the Sichuan Basin.
