It took 18 hours to complete the lifting of four towers in a row. At three o'clock in the afternoon, he officially went to the cabin, and two hours later, the ballast was smooth. But the wind started to pick up here, and the construction had to be halted temporarily.

In the afternoon, when the wind weakened, it was a good time to hoist, and the workers on the deck got busy and began to hoist the generator set.
