At the meeting, Gai Feng, deputy general manager of Sany Renewable Energy Marketing Company, talked about the practice and experience of the wind power industry in energy conservation and carbon reduction in the high-end dialogue session with Sany Renewable Energy's "world's first 5G wind power green intelligent manufacturing factory" as a case.
As a green energy equipment manufacturing enterprise, Sany Renewable Energy actively responds to the call of the country, takes "intelligent manufacturing" as the entry point, explores the low-carbon development path of the manufacturing industry, and contributes to the realization of the national "double carbon" goal.

Sany Renewable Energy will further tap the potential in the manufacturing process, reduce carbon emissions in the manufacturing process, realize the supply and consumption of green electricity on the spot, and take targeted measures in logistics and other links, so as to achieve carbon neutrality in the entire process of manufacturing, installation, operation and waste post-treatment of wind turbine products. The Nankou Green Smart Factory is part of Sany Renewable Energy's overall strategy of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality". The plant has taken a series of measures in terms of low carbon and zero carbon.

Intelligent manufacturing realizes energy conservation and emission reduction. Sany Renewable can carry out the construction of smart factories from two aspects: visible wisdom and invisible wisdom, and the visible wisdom is mainly the automation equipment for factory layout design optimization, production, material and inspection; The invisible wisdom is mainly for the construction of an integrated platform for production control, production line and logistics simulation technology, virtual reality and digital twin technology, as well as further lean management, product life cycle management, enterprise resource management, and smart factory data brain. Finally, through infrastructure construction, the industrial Internet technology is used to closely integrate the above two aspects and empower them collaboratively. Through the intelligent upgrade of the manufacturing process, the overall unit energy consumption and carbon emissions are reduced by 15% compared with before the upgrade.

Distributed wind and solar complementation to achieve green power substitution. The rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station is not limited by the geographical distribution of resources, and uses the idle resources of the building roof, which is noiseless and pollution-free. Distributed PV is connected to the nearest user, so it does not have to be transported over long distances and avoids the loss of long-distance transmission lines. Sany Renewable Energy has built a 3.78MW distributed photovoltaic power station and a 1.5MW wind turbine by using the wind and solar complementary technology, the roof resources of the plant and the advantages of wind power manufacturing enterprises, and the wind power and photovoltaic power are connected to the distribution network of the park nearby. After completion, the annual power generation capacity will be more than 4.2 million kWh, and the annual carbon emission reduction will be more than 2,000 tons.

The green logistics link digs deep into the potential of emission reduction. In the process of production and manufacturing, there is a large amount of energy consumption in logistics and transportation tools, and harmful gases are emitted in the effective space of the plant, resulting in noise pollution; Become a significant source of carbon emissions. Sany Renewable Energy uses advanced logistics technology to build a green logistics system for the enterprise. First of all, the distribution center should be reasonably allocated, the distribution plan should be formulated, and the transportation efficiency should be improved to reduce the amount of cargo damage and freight volume.
