Relying on the advantages of the Group's industrial Internet of Things and intelligent equipment, Sany Construction Engineering has developed the SPCH Space Smart Home, which considers the free change of large space and the renewal of residents' needs under the national conditions of China's residential construction. By analyzing the development process of industrialized housing and variable space, studying the fundamental demand for living space, rethinking residential architecture in the context of the era of building industrialization, using the design methods in the industrial field and the variable research of space, the conceptual design of space flexible home and new residential systems and concepts are proposed, the overall planning and innovative research and development of related supporting technologies and products are proposed, and the residential concept of realizing the minimalist structure of large bay carrying free and flexible space layout in an industrialized way is proposed.
At present, the SPCH space smart home developed by Sany Construction Engineering has been applied in the second phase of Changsha Yungu Jiayuan and Loudi Trinity Block.

Changsha Yungu Jiayuan Project is located in Sany Industrial City, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province, with a total construction area of about 240,000 square meters. All 14 high-rise buildings in this project are built in a prefabricated manner. Among them, the 3# building adopts the combination of SPCS structural system + SPCH space smart home.

In order to meet the demand for high-quality products and realize the "flexible space", there are no secondary beams on the 3# floor, the maximum superimposed floor slab achieves a span of 7.3m, the superimposed beam reaches a maximum span of 9.375m, and the longest cavity prefabricated wall is 6.6m, so that it can achieve more comfort and flexibility in the whole life cycle and adapt to the needs of people in different eras.

The second phase of the Loudi Trinity Block project is located in Loulian Highway, Louxing District, Loudi City, with Taihe Road to the west and Qinfeng Road to the east; The total construction area is 98,489 square meters, and the 6 main buildings are prefabricated buildings, of which 18# buildings adopt the combination of Sany Construction SPCS structural system + SPCH space smart home; The maximum span of the laminated board is 6.38m, and the maximum indoor space is 9.6m*5.2m, which truly reflects the design concept of free layout of large space and provides basic conditions for meeting the variable space needs of residents.
