Nanyang Zoomlion ready-mixed dry-mix mortar project is perfectly delivered!

On January 18, 2022, the completion ceremony of the 500,000-ton-per-year dry-mixed mortar project of Nanyang Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nanyang Zhonglian), the dry-mixed mortar environmental protection demonstration production line with the largest single production capacity in Henan Province, was held in Zhenping, Nanyang. The project marks a new stage of Nanyang Zoomlion's "cement +" business and opens a new chapter in the development history of Nanyang Zoomlion.
The dry-mix mortar project invested by Nanyang Zoomlion is the first dry-mix mortar project after Henan Zhonglian Tongli Materials Co., Ltd. and Sany Heavy Industry reached a strategic cooperation on July 14, 2021.
"The production line adopts a new generation of Sany Heavy Industry's complete set of mortar equipment, and the construction started on September 23, 2021. After it is put into operation, it can produce 240,000 tons of masonry mortar, 140,000 tons of plastering mortar, 120,000 tons of floor mortar, and 130,000 tons of high-quality sand, which will boost the green and healthy development of the ready-mixed mortar market in Nanyang City, and add bricks and tiles to the sub-central city of Nanyang Construction Province. Hu Yunqi, general manager of Nanyang Zoomlion, said.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Zhenping County Party Committee pointed out that the dry-mixed mortar project adopts advanced remote control technology and is the first fully automatic, low-energy-consumption, green and environmentally friendly dry-mixed mortar production line in Zhenping County.
It is hoped that Nanyang Zoomlion will adhere to the market-oriented, innovation-driven, improve the governance structure, standardize the company's operation, actively explore the market, cultivate new economic growth points, continuously improve social and economic benefits, and make positive contributions to the sound and rapid development of Zhenping County's economy.
With the intensification of national environmental protection control, governments at all levels have issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Implementation Plan for Prohibiting On-site Mixing of Concrete and On-site Mortar Control and Reducing Dust Pollution", which requires promoting the promotion and application of ready-mixed mortar to effectively control dust pollution. As a new type of green building material after ready-mixed concrete, ready-mixed mortar has excellent performance of saving resources and protecting the environment, and is an important measure for energy conservation, emission reduction and development of circular economy.
