Recently, Sany Petroleum's new generation of 5000 electric drive fracturing skid has been successfully applied at the customer site, with a construction pressure range of 62.2-103MPa and a maximum pressure of 140Mpa.

At the Yang 101H4 platform in Luxian County, Luzhou, Sichuan, Sany Petroleum completed the trial work of a new generation of 5000 electric drive fracturing equipment, with a maximum fracturing pressure of 103MPa and a maximum displacement of 18m³/min.

This set of electric drive fracturing equipment adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor, which directly drives the fracturing pump through the transmission shaft, the motor adopts frequency conversion drive, which realizes the stepless speed regulation of displacement, the auxiliary motor adopts frequency conversion drive, and the main motor cooling fan is forced to cool through the motor, which perfectly fits the equipment requirements of shale gas fracturing in Sichuan and reaches the domestic advanced level.

The new generation of 5000 electric fracturing skid is a new product developed for market demand, which has eight advantages: large displacement: the maximum displacement of the whole skid is 2.4m³/min, and the maximum pressure is 140MPa, which meets the needs of oil and gas development with large displacement and high pressure.
