The Singapore government construction hospital project, the construction depth is required to be 8~11 meters, the pile diameter is 1400mm, and the cumulative pile volume is 1200. Construction Phase:

The first stage: manually drill 0~9 meters into the loose soil, and spray water to soften the formation at the same time.

The second stage: automatic drilling and grouting by 6.4~9 meters, the lowering speed is controlled at 0.33m/min±0.02, and the speed of the power head is 22r/min.

The third stage: 9m~0m automatic lifting and reverse stirring by the power head, and the lifting speed is controlled at 0.7m/min.

The fourth stage: automatic drilling and grouting from 0~2 meters, the lowering speed is controlled at 0.33m/min±0.02, and the speed of the power head is 22r/min.

The fifth stage: 2 m ~ 0 m automatic lifting and reverse stirring of the power head, the lifting speed is controlled at 0.7m/min.

Summary:The construction depth is 9m, the average time is 15 minutes in the loosening stage, the average time is 7 minutes in the grouting stage, and the average time is 3 minutes in the mixing stage, and it takes 25 minutes to complete a pile in total, about 15 piles a day.
