Zifeng Building is located in Gulou District, Nanjing, and is developed by Shanghai Greenland Group and Nanjing State-owned Assets Investment Management Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. The main building has 89 floors above ground, a total height of 450 meters, and a roof height of 389 meters, making it the ninth tallest building in the world, the fourth tallest building in Chinese mainland (second only to Shanghai World Financial Center, Shanghai Tower and Ping An International Financial Center), and the tenth tallest building in the world (excluding those under construction and uncapped).
