Sany HBT60C-1816 pumping equipment participated in the Haikou Century Bridge Project in Hainan

Hainan Haikou Century Bridge is a key project and landmark project in Hainan, with a total investment of 667 million yuan and a total length of 3,100 meters, connecting Longkun North Road in Haikou City to Haidian Island, with two-way six lanes and a main pier height of 110 meters. The project was undertaken by Jiangsu Wanbao Group Jiangyin Bridge Company and Hunan Road and Bridge Corporation. The concrete construction was carried out by one Sany HBT60C-1816 and one HBT60C/II.-1816 pump.

The concrete grade height used for the bridge is C50-C60, and the coarse aggregate contains Hainan unique porous basalt, which is very difficult to pump. Another construction difficulty is the long pumping distance, the pipe layout is up to 800 meters, the pipe layout is difficult and complex, and the corresponding pipe washing is also difficult. Due to the difficulty of construction, 2 imported pumps and 2 domestic pumps have been withdrawn from construction. Sany pump has high configuration, high power, good sealing, high pressure and high reliability, and has been subjected to sea breeze, seawater erosion and typhoon attack during construction. Sany pump from January 2000 began to put into use, in order to catch up with the construction period, long-term continuous construction, no failure, no blockage, successfully completed the concrete pumping task of the bridge, for the main bridge deck pumping 28,000 cubic meters of concrete, for the approach bridge pumping concrete 12,000 cubic meters. The users are very satisfied.
