Zhengxi high-speed railway is the middle section of the "Xulan Passenger Dedicated Line", one of the "four vertical and four horizontal" in the national high-speed railway network. The Zhengxi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line starts from Zhengzhou East Railway Station, a railway hub in the east, passes through Luoyang City, Sanmenxia City and Weinan City in the west, and reaches Xi'an North Station in the west at the Xi'an hub. The total length of the main line from Xi'an North Railway Station to Zhengzhou Station is 456.6km, the total length of the main line from Xi'an Station to Zhengzhou Station is 458.2km, and the line extends from Xi'an North Railway Station to Xianyang West Station of Longhai Line to the west, with a length of 27.879km. There are 10 new stations along the line, including Zhengzhou West Station (formerly Xingyang South Station), Gongyi South Station, Luoyang Longmen Station, Mianchi South Station, Sanmenxia South Station, Lingbao West Station, Huashan North Station, Weinan North Station, Lintong East Station and Xi'an North Station, of which Xingyang South Station and Lintong East Station are Yuehang stations. It officially started on September 25, 2005 and officially carried passengers on February 6, 2010.
