According to the planning of the *8983 Metropolitan Planning Commission, the height limit of the buildings on both sides of Chang'an Avenue is 250 meters, and the central main building of Beijing Yintai Center is 249.9 meters high and has 63 floors, which is the *8981 tall building on Chang'an Avenue. Its construction and planning, approved by the Premier's Office of the State Council, has been listed as a key construction project in Beijing for many years. The structure type is a pure steel structure of the central main building, and a steel and reinforced concrete structure of the office buildings on the east and west sides. The building height is 249.90 meters, the office building has an area of 476-2000 square meters, a total construction area of 263,998 square meters above ground, and a total construction area of 86,290 square meters underground.
