The sixth bid of the flight area of the demolition project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is the western part of the new airport's take-off runway, gliding runway, liaison road, and two transfer runways for aircraft in the east and west areas. The project was undertaken by the 14th Bureau of China Railway, and the paving of stabilized soil was carried out by Sany LTU120 paver. The difficulty of the construction of the project is: the construction machinery has a certain continuous slope of rising or falling in the direction of progress, and the thickness of the virtual paving is large, all of which are more than 21 centimeters, and some places reach or even more than 30 centimeters. The construction is basically carried out in a soil groove with a depth of about 50 cm and a fixed width of 24 meters, and the construction process requires the side joints of the upper and lower layers to be staggered by 20 cm. The narrow groove should be filled and paved after construction, and the middle joint with the slope of 6% and the joint between the two sides and the soil shoulder are required to be straight, which is a great test for the straightness of the paving. From October 18, 2001 to November 18, 2001, Sany paver has completed more than 30,000 square meters of stabilized soil paving, and the elevation and flatness of the paving layer have all met the design requirements of the new airport and passed the paving quality inspection. Users reported that Sany pavers are better than an imported * brand paver.
