Tianjin 117 Building is a building located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Xiqing District, Tianjin, and the whole project consists of the central business district, supporting residential areas and Tianjin Uniasia International Polo Theme Park, named after the 117th floor. At the end of 2012, the construction of the main structure of the 8-storey tower above ground was completed.

On December 30, 2013, with the completion of the concrete pouring of the last section of *8981 of the 38-storey steel plate shear wall on the ground, the structural standard of the main tower of the 117 building of the Chinese structure *8982 high-rise building undertaken by China Construction Third Bureau was 200.94 meters high, and it successfully exceeded 200 meters. At the end of November 2014, the 32nd floor and below opened in advance.

On August 30, 2015, the main structure of the building was capped; At the end of December 2015, the closure of the outer curtain wall was completed; It is expected that all construction will be completed and put into use by the end of August 2016. After completion, Tianjin 117 Building has a structural height of 596.5 meters, making it the second tallest building in the world after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the 8982 high-rise building under construction in China.
