The rubber dam has a total length of 1,135 meters, consisting of 16 sections, each section is 70 meters, the barrage * 8981 has a large water storage capacity of 28.3 million square meters, and the backwater length is 10.8 kilometers, forming a water surface of 16,000 mu after impoundment, and its area is twice that of Hangzhou West Lake.
