The Djamaa Mosque project was undertaken by SPA CSCEC in October 2011 and is expected to be completed in December 2015. President Abdulaziz Bouteflika attended the groundbreaking ceremony of the project. The project, which is expected to cost $1.5 billion and cover a total area of 400,000 square meters, will make the Djamaa Mosque the third largest in the world when completed.

Sany provided a large amount of equipment for the project, including a 400-ton crawler crane, 3 pump trucks and 6 concrete mixer trucks. Local users highly praised the stable operation performance and excellent service quality of Sany equipment.
