On June 6, 2016, incense prayers and firecrackers rang out, and a completion ceremony with local Vietnamese characteristics was held at the Vietnam terminal of Lee & Man. Sany Offshore exported MQ2533 portal crane to Vietnam and was successfully delivered. On September 9, 2016, the equipment has been put into use for more than three months, with zero fault feedback and good operation of the whole machine, marking a great improvement in the fast and zero-defect delivery ability of Sany Offshore Door Seat products.
In order to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule, the project team members conducted a systematic inventory of product materials and formulated a safe and efficient installation plan. At the same time, the on-site installation and commissioning personnel overcame factors such as the backwardness of the local industry, maintained good communication and feedback channels with customers, accepted in real time, and actively promoted the completion and delivery of the project on schedule, which was highly satisfied by customers.

It is worth mentioning that the technical transformation cost of the project is 80% lower than the standard amount, which realizes the effective control of the cost of door seat products and enhances the competitiveness of products. At the same time, the project*8983 times realized the bolt fastening installation of the whole machine pre-weldment, improving product quality and assembly efficiency. At present, this method has been popularized and used in various products of Sany Marine.
