Inaccurate asphalt metering

Fault phenomenon: In the production of asphalt, it is obvious that the content of asphalt in asphalt is too high.

Failure analysis: Possible causes of inaccurate asphalt metering:

1: The asphalt ratio has been changed.

2: The asphalt sensor line is found to be faulty.

3: The asphalt has not been checked for a long time, and a small amount of deviation occurs.

4: Some parts of the asphalt scale and other parts interfere.

5: The asphalt sensor is malfunctioning.

Exclusion steps:

1: *8983 first observe that the asphalt ratio of the upper computer is still 4%, and it has not been changed.

2: Observe the changes in the asphalt measurement in the upper computer, and find that whenever the aggregate is put into the mixing cylinder, the number of the asphalt scale will jump instantaneously, which can be preliminarily judged to have interfered.

3: Observe the asphalt scale discharge port and find that there is interference with the asphalt feed port of the mixing cylinder, and the asphalt scale is raised to eliminate the interference.

4: After eliminating interference, after re-calibrating the scale, it will be ready for normal operation.

Extension of knowledge:

1: How to check the scale?

*8983 must be corrected in the order of stone scale-powder scale-asphalt scale.

A: Prepare 25kG×40 weights, check the level of the scale without mechanical interference, shake the scale body in the monitoring screen and the corresponding numbers of the weighing display controller should be changed.

B: Correct the stone scale first, in the case of empty scale, wait for the signal to stabilize and press "mark zero" until the scale value is displayed as 0.

C: Put the appropriate weight evenly on the scale, and after the signal is stable, enter the corresponding "weight value", the input weight value must be consistent with the actual weight weight, and then press the "weight" button to enter the scale calibration program.

D: If the scale is successfully calibrated, in the process of removing the weights in turn, the "scale value" display should be consistent with the weight of the weights on the scale. If the inconsistency or error is not within the allowable range (the error of stone must be controlled within the effective range of ±2%, and the error of powder and asphalt must be controlled within ±1%), it means that the scale has failed and needs to be re-calibrated.

2: Weighing junction box installation

When the four-wire junction box is connected to the six-wire sensor, the -EXC and -SEN, +EXC and +SEN of the sensor are shorted at the junction box.
