Henan Pingmei 13th Mine purchased Sany Heavy Equipment EBZ200H roadheader in 2012 and was very satisfied with the quality and after-sales service of the equipment. Due to the needs of the project, Sany Heavy Equipment EBZ318 equipment was purchased again in 2018.
At present, this Sany EBZ318 roadheader serves the 16th, 17th-14060 mining faces. The design length of the low pumping lane in the middle of the 14060 mining face is 1952m (flat distance), according to the azimuth angle of 312°, and the construction is along the L1 bottom plate. The roadway is a rectangular roadway, 4800 wide and 3500 high, the rock is sandy mudstone and fine sandstone, the rock hardness is F5-F6, and the hardest local reaches F13.
At present, the EBZ318 roadheader runs 3 shifts a day, each shift operates for 3-4 hours, and from the customer's feedback, the equipment runs stably, the shaking is small, the equipment is powerful, and the cutting and slag removal speed is fast.
After using our 318 TBM, the customer has achieved a huge increase in footage distance. In June 19, the EBZ318 roadheader assisted the 15th and 17-13050 wind roadways to advance 390 meters in a single month, setting the highest record for the single advance of the rock roadway comprehensive excavation in Henan Province; In 2020, the EBZ318 TBM advanced 402 meters in the middle of the 16 and 17-14060 tunnels, setting a new record again.
