The reporter saw at the construction site that the unmanned asphalt paver was moving forward slowly and steadily according to the pre-set route, and the asphalt mixture used to build the road pavement was evenly laid on the ground. Two driverless rollers are following closely behind, rolling back and forth against the freshly paved road.

In addition to the functions of automatic walking, hopper opening and closing, and automatic operation of material conveying and distribution, the three-dimensional leveling system can complete the automatic leveling, vibration, vibration and other operation functions of the screed, and collect the temperature data of the road surface through infrared temperature scanning.

It is understood that the three unmanned construction equipment are equipped with a ground-enhanced Beidou satellite positioning and navigation system to ensure the accuracy of the driving route of the construction equipment. Through a large number of sensors installed on smart devices, engineers can fully collect data such as ambient temperature, road surface temperature, and rolling speed collected during the construction process. Through the analysis of big data, construction parameters can be automatically optimized according to different conditions in the future.
