Driven by the unexpected wind power bidding this year, the new domestic wind power demand continues to be released, and many wind power enterprises are aiming at the opportunity to actively expand production capacity.

Liao Xudong, deputy general manager of Sany Renewable Energy, introduced, "In response to the sharp increase in orders, we have established new main engine and blade factories in Qingyang, Bayannur and Tacheng respectively. At present, the three plants are under construction in full swing and are expected to be put into use next year. ”

Upstream demand has driven the sales of wind power hoisting equipment to increase significantly

The high prosperity of the wind power industry chain has not only brought a steady stream of orders to wind power machines and parts enterprises, but also led to a substantial increase in the sales of related wind power hoisting equipment.

In the production workshop of Sany Crane in Changsha, Hunan Province, a 2,400-ton wind power hoisting equipment is being debugged before the factory. Hu Qizhi, the person in charge of the production line, said that since September this year, the market demand for wind power hoisting equipment has been hot, and it has become the norm to be urged to deliver goods by customers.

"In the past, the production cycle was about 40-45 days. Now, the overtime work of employees to meet the needs of customers has been reduced to about 30 days. ”

The person in charge told reporters that the unit price of wind hoisting equipment is generally higher, taking 2400 tons of models as an example, the price of a single unit is about 30 million yuan, and the sales volume of each month in previous years is relatively stable, but since the second half of this year, the sales of wind power hoisting equipment have increased significantly, far exceeding other categories.

Rao Wenwu, deputy general manager of Sany Crane Marketing Company, said that if you look at the wind power main crane alone, it may be doubled, in 2021 last year, it may be about 5-6 units per month, but by this year, the wind power main crane of cars and crawlers may reach 12-13 units.
