Wind power headlines
On April 19, the National Energy Administration issued an announcement to clean up the relevant administrative normative documents, and decided to repeal the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Interim Provisions on the Transformation, Life Extension and Retirement of Subcritical Coal-fired Power Units" (Guoneng Electric Power [2015] No. 332) and other 37 normative documents, as well as the "Opinions on Strengthening Wind Power Safety Work" (Electricity Supervision Safety [2012] No. 16) issued by the former State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Among them, there are 11 normative documents involving wind power.
The National Energy Administration decided to abolish 10 wind power normative documents. They are the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Strengthening the Coordination of Wind Power Development and Grid Access and Operation Management, the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Management of Wind Power Information, the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Management of Wind Farm Power Forecasting and Forecasting, the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Strengthening the Relevant Requirements for the Safety Management of Wind Farms, the Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Rules for the Coordinated Operation of Wind Power Forecasting and Power Grid (Trial), Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Review and Confirmation of Renewable Energy Electricity Price Additional Fund Subsidy Projects, Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing the Plan for the Quality Supervision System of Renewable Energy Power Generation Projects, Notice of the National Energy Administration on Printing and Distributing Several Opinions on Vigorously Developing Distributed Power Generation, Notice of the National Energy Administration on Strengthening the Relevant Requirements for the Development and Construction Management of Wind Power Projects, and Notice of the National Energy Administration on Further Improving the Management of the Annual Development Plan for Wind Power.
