According to the documents,In 2024, Hubei Province will arrange the construction scale of about 1 million kilowatts of rural wind power, and select 100 villages to pilot according to local conditions. Each prefecture and city (including Enshi Autonomous Prefecture) can apply for a pilot county (city, district), and the construction scale of each pilot county (city, district) shall not exceed 70,000 kilowatts in principle, and 7-10 administrative villages shall be distributed, and a single village shall not exceed 20,000 kilowatts.In principle, the construction scale of Qianjiang and Xiantao City shall not exceed 30,000 kilowatts, and 3-5 administrative villages shall be distributed.
