In September 2024, the National Energy Administration issued 477 million green certificates. Among them, 111 million are wind power, accounting for 23.17%; 70.44 million solar power generation, accounting for 14.76%; 256 million were conventional hydropower, accounting for 53.66%; biomass power generation was 39.52 million, accounting for 8.28%; 620,000 other renewable energy sources generated electricity, accounting for 0.13%.

By the end of September 2024, a total of 2.319 billion green certificates had been issued across the country. Among them, 793 million were wind power, accounting for 34.19%; 484 million solar power generation, accounting for 20.86%; 885 million conventional hydropower, accounting for 38.16%; 156 million biomass power generation, accounting for 6.71%; 1.9 million other renewable energy sources were generated, accounting for 0.08%.

In September 2024, 44.87 million green certificates will be traded nationwide (including 20.68 million green certificates traded with green electricity); By the end of September 2024, a total of 359 million green certificates had been traded across the country (including 185 million green certificates traded with green electricity).
