National Energy Administration: From January to October, 70.01 million kilowatts of grid-connected wind power were installed nationwide

China Wind Power News Network: On November 24, the National Energy Administration released statistics on the national power industry from January to October.

As of the end of October, the cumulative installed power generation capacity in the country was 3.75 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 17.3%. Among them, the installed capacity of solar power generation was 1.14 billion kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 43.8%; the installed capacity of wind power was 590 million kilowatts, a year-on-year increase of 21.4%. From January to October, the cumulative average utilization of power generation equipment nationwide was 2,619 hours, a decrease of 260 hours over the same period last year.

From January to October, 70.01 million kilowatts of new grid-connected wind power were installed nationwide, an increase of 24.21 million kilowatts over last year.
