In order to improve the internationalization level of Sany, cultivate high-quality talents in overseas business in the future. From June 8th to 24th, Sany "Overseas Marketing Elite Centralized Improvement Training Course" was successfully held in Sany Institute of Technology. Xiang Wenbo, President of Sany Heavy Industry, mobilized for the training.
The "Overseas Marketing Elite Concentrated Improvement Training Course" was planned and organized by the international headquarters, and the training course focused on marketing, which was tailored for direct sales, development, assistance and agent management personnel in ten overseas regions. During the 16-day training, 32 trainees from all over the world focused on learning the basic knowledge of overseas finance such as Sany International's development strategy, core products of each host business unit and international market planning, marketing and risk control, marketing and promotion, etc., and the training was also interspersed with interactive links such as military development, experience sharing, speeches, and examinations.

Zhou Wanchun, director of Sany International Headquarters, brought two courses, "Interpretation of Three-core Policy and Market Expansion Strategy" and "Interpretation of Three-year Planning for Agents", which deeply analyzed the development law of overseas markets. In addition, in order to strengthen the practicality of the training, the international headquarters also specially invited the chairman of the domestic * show agent, the general manager of the overseas region and the core business supervisor to give lectures to the trainees.
This training is rich in content and diverse in form, which effectively improves the product knowledge, business level and management ability of overseas marketing personnel, and lays a solid human resource foundation for building an overseas team with "ideals, foundation, products, marketing, risk control and finance". The trainees generally responded that in just 16 days, they broadened their horizons, improved their professional and management skills, and said that they would definitely repay the company with better performance and help improve Sany's internationalization level.

In recent years, Sany's international business has achieved rapid development. In 2016, Sany Group achieved international sales revenue of more than 10 billion yuan, leading the industry. In the first quarter of this year, Sany's overseas sales increased by 30% year-on-year, of which the sales of the ten overseas regions increased by 90% year-on-year. While enterprises have achieved rapid development, the demand for overseas talents has also been further increased.
