On June 12, 2017, Sany Service Wanli CCTV micro-documentary entered Jiangsu, Yunnan and other places. The CCTV shooting team followed Jie Yuncheng, the service director of Sany Heavy Machinery in Yunnan, to record their round trip of more than 1,000 kilometers, just to let the customer's machine get better repair and maintenance in time.

Engineers harshly criticized them, which not only shortened the service life of the excavator, but also brought safety risks.

During the rainy season, the mountain road leading to the construction site often collapses, and the service engineers either crawl up on foot or are trapped in the mountains, waiting for dozens of hours.
