At the 17th International Fire Protection Exhibition held in Beijing, exhibitors from more than 30 countries and regions brought the world's most advanced fire fighting equipment, especially from Chinese enterprises, showing the "artifact" to solve the problem of urban fire safety.

Long-arm fire truck "pointing where to hit"

In terms of span, domestic fire trucks have made new breakthroughs. In the Sany Heavy Industry exhibition area, the big "long arm" with 6 joints is particularly eye-catching. Unlike a straight-arm fire truck, its boom can be folded and bent freely. It is reported that this is a large span of joint research and development between Sany Heavy Industry and BeijingRaise jet fire trucksIts "long arm" can cross various obstacles such as fences, trees, and bungalows, and the boom can be moved flexibly, so that the end water outlet *5655 is close to the fire source, so as to achieve "where to hit".

Chen Tianming, project director of fire fighting equipment of Sany Heavy Industry, said that with the large-span high-lift jet fire truck, the rescue force can easily cross the obstacle and reach the core of the fire. For the fire rescue situation in narrow streets and alleys, the large-span high-spray fire truck can stretch out four legs to support in any position, and the support covers a small area of only 3.3 meters, which is convenient for quickly deploying the boom for fire rescue.

It is reported that the 48-meter long-span high-lift jet fire truck has been trialed in Beijing, and the 62-meter large-span high-lift jet fire truck will also be officially delivered to the Beijing Municipal Fire Bureau to escort Beijing's fire safety.

Fire water 1000 meters a pump to the top

Although the lifting height of various types of fire trucks is constantly refreshed, as far as the current technology is concerned, the *5655 that fire trucks can generally reach is 200 meters high, and the burning part of more than 200 meters can only be extinguished by fixed fire extinguishing equipment inside the building, so the reliability of the internal water supply system of the building is crucial.

However, the current centrifugal pumps can only carry water to a height of about 80 meters, so every 80 meters or so, a pump station is set up in the building to transport the water to the roof in a relay manner. In the event of a fire, if there is a power outage or a problem with any part of the pipeline, it is difficult to transport water for fire fighting to high ground.

At the exhibition, the world's first ultra-high pressure fire pump developed by Sany Heavy Industry made its debut, although it is very small, but only need to install a fixed vertical pipe in the building, it can ensure that the fire water supply of 1000 meters of high-rise buildings can be pumped to the top, which solves the major fire protection problems of super high-rise buildings.

It is reported that the equipment adopts a full hydraulic piston pump unit, the water transmission pressure reaches 12 megapascals, and the water supply * 5655 flow rate of the double-unit equipment can reach 3000 liters per minute, and the equipment can be expanded arbitrarily to achieve an increase in the flow rate. In addition, the mode of independent drive of the diesel engine does not depend on the power grid in the building, and can operate normally even if the power is lost.
