As of June 27, the Keshen 8 gas production operation area of Tarim Oilfield has successfully realized the transformation and application of the localization of 16 wells of gas production tree hydraulic valves, with a replacement rate of more than 38%, which not only saves more than 1.1 million yuan in costs, but also increases natural gas production by 500,000 cubic meters per day through small transformations, creating an "upgraded version" of improving quality and efficiency.

As China's first ultra-deep clastic rock natural gas production base with an annual output of 10 billion cubic meters, Keshen gas field has produced more than 50 billion cubic meters of natural gas, of which the Keshen 8 gas production area and Keshen 2 gas production area, which account for the highest proportion of production, with the continuous deepening of oil and gas development, the underground surface problems of single wells in some blocks have gradually emerged, and the pressure of single wells has changed greatly, the liquid production has increased, and the corrosion has intensified, and the gas-liquid co-production has brought severe challenges to valves and surface pipelines. In order to meet the needs of gas field development and production, and ensure the safe transmission of natural gas from the west to the east and natural gas from all parts of southern Xinjiang, the Keshen 8 gas production operation area has strengthened the transformation and upgrading of process equipment, which has greatly saved the cost of equipment and materials.

Renovation and upgrading to eliminate the pain points of gas wells. The original two-stage adjustable nozzle of Well Keshen 8-5 was dysfunctional due to erosion damage, and the purchase of a single part of this brand electric nozzle model was difficult, costly, and there were potential safety hazards. Keshen 8 gas production operation area used its brains to transform its own long-term shutdown equipment, successfully realized the first and second stage electric adjustable upgrades, completely solved the potential safety hazards, realized fine production adjustment, and increased the daily gas production of a single well by more than 200,000 cubic meters.

Innovate and change to solve production difficulties. The single wells of Line 3 and Line 4 of Keshen 2 block have been exposed to water one after another, among which the branch composite pipe of Well Keshen 2-2-8 has been in operation for a long time and is seriously corroded. After the on-site investigation of the pipeline network of the Keshen 2 block, the professional and technical personnel of the Keshen 8 gas production operation area put forward a change plan for the localization of the pipeline, and successfully completed the transformation of the gas production branch line of the Keshen 2-2-8 well outside the well site in 5 days, which greatly reduced the risk of pipeline puncture leakage, improved the well opening rate and production, and could stably produce 180,000 cubic meters of natural gas per day.

Combine the vertical and horizontal to open up the water injection plugging point. After nearly half a year of vertical and horizontal integration, the reinjection capacity of the system has been steadily increased from 600 cubic meters per day to 1400 cubic meters, and the efficiency of the system has been greatly improved.
