In addition, the cancellation of subsidies for wind power projects has also led to a decline in project investment returns, which will inevitably affect developers' willingness to invest, which is not conducive to the high-quality realization of the "3060" carbon emission reduction target.

With the continuous update and iteration of wind turbine products, the lower limit of developable wind speed of wind power projects has gradually dropped to about 5.0m/s under the condition of subsidy. The two models, SI-175335 and SI-183365, are mainly aimed at ultra-low wind speed projects with an average annual wind speed of 4.6m/s~5.2m/s, which can greatly increase the investment value of ultra-low wind speed projects in the era of parity, effectively increase the amount of wind resource technology that can be developed in the southern Middle East, and help the "Wind Harness Plan for Thousands of Towns and Villages", thereby highlighting the positioning of "wind power is the main force to achieve carbon neutrality".At present, both models have obtained design certification and will be tested on hook in the near future.
