Huaneng Zhangbei Wind Farm is located in Baimiaotan Township, Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, developed and constructed by Huaneng Zhangbei Wind Power Co., Ltd., with a total installed capacity of 242,000 kilowatts, and the third phase of the project has an installed capacity of 50,000 kilowatts, using 16 SE14630 and 1 SE12120 unit. The project was connected to the grid at full capacity at the end of December 2020.

In winter, the temperature in Zhangjiakou can reach minus 40~50 degrees at night. I have to deal with "iron bumps" every day. In order to rush the load, there is no way but to overcome. Under the high-intensity working pressure, even the No. 9 wind turbine with sudden problems in the angle of the engine room was connected to the grid three days earlier than expected.

Zhangjiakou divides the dam up and down. The Bashang area is rich in wind resources and has a large installed capacity. The capacity of the booster station supporting the power grid is less than the total installed capacity, and the main transmission lines, Zhangxiong UHV and flexible DC transmission capacity have not been fully released for the time being. Wang Xiangwei said that under various "power rationing", in order to maximize the utilization hours of the wind farm, the team decided to do a good job in equipment management, and the light wind can be exhausted when the power is not limited; Evaluate the transaction, formulate an active trading strategy, and exchange the power generation rights through the transaction.

In 2021, Huaneng Zhangbei Wind Farm was rated as one of the top ten benchmark stations of Huaneng Group.

From January to July this year, the average wind speed of the wind farm was 4.73m/s, and the utilization rate of wind turbines was further increased to 99.98%. "For other stations in the same period, the annual utilization hours can reach 1,600 hours, which is already very good. As of August 1, our 50,000 kilowatt project has been completed for 1,400 hours. There are still 4 months left, and there should be no pressure to pass 2,000 hours this year. Wang Xiangwei told Fengmang Energy.

"Last year, the project made a profit of more than 80 million yuan, and it should be no problem to exceed 100 million yuan this year." Wang Xiangwei said with a smile, "The most important thing to pay attention to every day is the amount of power generated, especially the one next to another wind farm." "Wind turbine blade manufacturing is a labor-intensive industry. Process quality control is crucial in this regard. Taking QC as an example, the proportion of manufacturing is generally not more than 3%. However, in Sany Renewable Energy Blade Company, the proportion of QC and front-line employees is close to 10%. Create more "trouble-free wind farms" and go to sea

All data from the operation of Huaneng Zhangbei Wind Farm is connected to the Jibei Centralized Control Center of Huaneng New Energy Hebei Branch, and the data is synchronously transmitted to Shijiazhuang Centralized Control Center of Huaneng New Energy Hebei Branch, Huaneng New Energy Operation and Maintenance Center, and Huaneng Group Smart Operation and Maintenance Center.

"These big data platforms for centralized control and operation and maintenance centers are all developed by Huaneng itself. The Hebei Centralized Control Center is mainly responsible for remote monitoring and control, and some data analysis; Huaneng New Energy Operation and Maintenance Center is mainly responsible for data analysis and early warning within the scope of new energy companies.
