It was a time of burning passion, I was admitted to university in 1978 and started working in 1982, when China's reform and opening up was indeed in full swing. Our hearts are full of ideals and responsibilities, we believe in China's reform and opening up, believe in the charm of the market economy, and at the same time, we are also looking for channels to realize our personal ideals and serve the country.
It is precisely the confidence in China's economic development and reform and opening up that has made us take the step of starting a business, and we want to build a test field for China's reform and opening up, and explore how we should run enterprises and how to run industry. Because Chinese products at that time were synonymous with low price and low quality, we felt that we must change the world image of Made in China with a very high product quality and service, which is the interpretation of quality changing the world.
Today, we have made many products the first in the world, and the scale of Sany has become the top three in the world.

Vision for the future
Xiang Wenbo: Our vision for the future is to "create a global model for the deep integration of industrial technology and digital technology".
Today, standing at a turning point in the new era, Sany believes that we are facing two great opportunities, one is the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the other isThe fourth industrial revolution superimposed on the third energy revolution is a super technological window.
In the history of human beings, the superposition of two changes has never been overcome, so we say "either turn over or overturn", and we must have a strong sense of crisis to promote the development of Sany. So far, some results have also been achieved. We have two lighthouse factories, two in the global equipment manufacturing industry, all in Sany.

Digitalization is an opportunity of the times, because the speed of technological progress is too fast, and China's communication technology, 5G technology, and the global scale of manufacturing are our strengths. Based on the current facts, we can make mistakes, and we can accept the cost of making mistakes, but we can't miss it, and we can't accept the cost of missing it.
For example, we have invested tens of billions of dollars now, and even if we fail and throw them into the water, it will not constitute a crisis of life and death for us. For example, 500 million yuan was invested in the renovation of the lighthouse factory in the No. 18 plant, and the recycling cycle is two and a half to three years. For example, in the past two years, about 300 billion yuan has been invested in intelligent manufacturing, and we can afford to invest. Strictly speaking, our deposits and loans are positive, that is, the deposits are greater than the loans, and the enterprise has the ability and confidence to resist risks.

How can I achieve my new goals as quickly as possible?
Xiang Wenbo: In order to seize the opportunities of the times, we are committed to promoting the three core strategies of digital intelligence, electrification and internationalization with the determination of "turning over or capsizing".
It is not a simple matter to promote this change, and there are two gaps, one is called the cultural gap and the other is called the technological gap.
The knowledge of our original team is concentrated on machinery, and the ability of digital intelligence is missing. Therefore, one of us is to learn from all employees and comprehensively learn digital and intelligent knowledge, and the other is to promote digital and intelligent transformation in an all-round way, including intelligent products, intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent operation, so as to achieve unmanned and machine decision-making.
Therefore, it is necessary to eliminate the cultural gap between a traditional manufacturing enterprise and an Internet enterprise through the learning of the whole team, and at the same time, through learning and the introduction of a large number of digital and intelligent external talents, eliminate the technological gap between a traditional manufacturing industry and Internet enterprises.
We also put forward the goal of "three threes", at the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, our sales will exceed 300 billion, R&D engineers will reach 30,000, and workers will become 3,000. Strictly speaking, the employment of 3,000 people from low-quality to 3,000 employment has become high-quality employment, and the employment of blue-collar workers has become the employment of engineers, so that the knowledge structure of employees can adapt to the future of intelligent manufacturing.

Xiang Wenbo: The digital era has just begun, and as Sany people, we are optimistic, and we choose to be enterprising.
We have always felt this crisis, in the past we knew who the competitor was, now we don't know who the competitor is. Because it is a cross-border subversion, Sany has seized the opportunity of China's reform and opening up in the past and has become a "trendsetter" of the times. Now we also hope to seize the opportunity given by the new technology era to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of the entire equipment manufacturing industry.
