The key technology project of more than 15MW deep-sea semi-direct drive wind turbine led by CRRC Zhuzhou is one of the top ten technical research projects in the province. Coming to the company's wind power division, Zhou Haibing learned about the technical research plan, the company's dual-carbon industrial layout, etc., and urged to reduce production costs with technological innovation, further build the brand, do high-quality and large-scale, and accelerate the high-quality development of the wind power industry.

This year, two projects, Zhuzhou CRRC medium and low voltage power devices and Sany Zhuzhou Intelligent Manufacturing Base, were shortlisted for the top ten industrial projects in the province. In CRRC Times Semiconductor Company, Zhou Haibing inspected the operation of the supporting construction project of automotive components and the promotion of the medium and low voltage power device project, and encouraged the company to give full play to its advantages, accelerate the project promotion, effectively expand production capacity, and continuously improve the core competitiveness and market share of products. The first phase of the Sany Smart Steel City project has delivered a 100,000-square-meter plant and introduced 37 enterprises above designated size.

At the Zhuzhou Guolian Rail Transit Industry Service Center, Zhou Haibing listened to reports on the development of small and medium-sized operations, industrial services, and rail transit equipment clusters. He emphasized that it is necessary to continuously strengthen the service function of the platform. We will continue to strengthen the sales chain, extend the chain, and supplement the chain, further expand the advanced rail transit equipment industry cluster, and make every effort to build an important national advanced manufacturing highland.

Coming to AECC Hunan Power Machinery Research Institute and Tutian Town, Lukou District, Zhou Haibing learned about the overall layout, construction content and technical level of small and medium-sized aero engine ice wind tunnel experimental device and force energy experimental device project. He pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen innovation leadership, accelerate the construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure, promote the deep integration of innovation chain and industrial chain, and strive to build a highland of scientific and technological innovation with core competitiveness. Zhou Haibing also investigated the city's small and medium-sized aero-engine industry promotion center to understand the development of small and medium-sized aero-engine industry clusters and the promotion of Datang Huayin's capacity expansion and upgrading project, and put forward relevant requirements.
