"From Made in China to Made in China Intelligently, Chinese standards are needed. The formulation, verification and improvement of relevant national standards require industry leaders like Sany to take the lead in the trial. Sun Chunhua, assistant to the president of Sany Group and deputy director of the R&D management headquarters, said in an interview with reporters.

In the first half of this year, the Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Issuing the 2022 Intelligent Manufacturing Standard Application Pilot Project", and the "Pilot Project for the Application of High-end Equipment and Materials Smart Factory Standards" led by Sany Group was successfully selected and recognized at the national level.

In recent years, Sany Group has maintained a high level of R&D investment, continuously strengthened its R&D capabilities, actively participated in industry standardization activities, and contributed to the standardized development of the industry by focusing on the three strategies of "globalization, digital intelligence, and low-carbonization".

"In 2022, we will invest 9.6 billion yuan in R&D, and more than 11,000 R&D personnel." Sun Chunhua said that R&D is the first driving force for Sany's high-quality development, and it is also the greatest confidence to participate in industry standards.

Maintaining R&D advantages and leading industry standards, Sany has formed a scientific system.

Set up the R&D management headquarters to manage the group's technical product planning, R&D projects, patents, technical standards, etc., and build a dual-track matrix organization that combines the vertical management of subsidiaries and the horizontal management of the R&D management department.

The "Sany Group Generalization Technical Committee" was established to build a platform for the exchange of standardization experience of the group, and to carry out standardization work in accordance with the "business informatization, three-dimensional layout, and talent echelon", so as to create an atmosphere of "improving quality and reducing costs" through standardization within the group.

So far, Sany has promoted the release of a total of 178 national and industry standards. At present, there are 68 national, industry and group standards under development, and about 600 enterprise standards are formulated every year.

In September this year, the 16th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition and Technology Exchange Conference opened in Beijing. Sany Group's 2,700-square-meter super large outdoor booth C debuted, concrete machinery, intelligentforklift, smart AGV and other 22 ace equipment and the world's leading unmanned driving technology made a wonderful appearance, showing off the latest achievements of globalization, digital intelligence and low-carbonization.
